About This Space
The Heart: “Pumping passion into technology”
“The Heart” is the multipurpose space for biomedical engineers to work on prototyping with hand-held tools, Arduino kits, computer-aided design, artificial bones, animal tissue freezer, and medical supplies. The workspace includes a computer area that is equipped with AppsAnywhere that allows access to licensed engineering software. There are two tool boxes filled with necessities for prototyping and assembly. Within the cabinet, there are Arduino and Inventor kits and various electrical supplies. Miscellaneous medical supplies exist to assist with any biological projects.
